Community Health Center Pottangi is a Pioneer Health Institution of Koraput District. It is situated in a Tribal populated block of Southern Odisha.

Our CHC Delivering Health Services to 14 Gram Panchayat of Pottangi Block Through 5 PHCHWCs, 18 Sub Centers with Dynamic Doctors and Supervising Staffs. CHC have a vision to Develop, Physical, Mental & Spiritual aspects of health among people of Pottangi. Unremitting zeal and devotion, professional competence help us to maintain a clean hygiene and Swachha Hospital in such a remote area for which are awarded “ KAYAKALPA “ in recent past.
